Client Responsibilities
To help us deliver efficiently, you agree to provide accurate requirements, timely approvals, lawful access to the tools and accounts needed for the work, and content or materials you are authorized to use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of GoHighLevel, third-party tools, messages, automations, and client data complies with applicable laws and the terms of those providers.
Delays in access, approvals, information, or third-party platform availability may affect delivery timelines. We may pause work where access is unauthorized, unsafe, or inconsistent with the agreed scope.
White-Label Work & Client Sub-Accounts
Tetra crystals works behind the scenes as an extension of your agency. When we access your GoHighLevel agency account or client sub-accounts, we use that access only to perform the agreed work. We do not represent ourselves as your agency to your clients unless you explicitly direct us to do so as part of an approved workflow.
You retain responsibility for your sub-accounts and for obtaining any permissions, notices, and consents required to give us access. We do not own your client data, lists, contacts, or account configurations.
Fees, Billing & Cancellations
Fees and billing terms are set out in your selected plan, invoice, or written agreement. Hour blocks, part-time resources, and full-time resources are billed in accordance with the terms presented at purchase or otherwise agreed in writing. Taxes, payment processing fees, and third-party platform charges are your responsibility unless we expressly state otherwise.
Cancellation or changes to resource capacity should be submitted through your usual Tetra crystals contact channel. Any work already completed, scheduled, or committed under an active engagement remains payable under the applicable agreement.
Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
You retain ownership of the materials, brands, client data, and account content you provide. Subject to payment of applicable fees, the deliverables we create specifically for you will be made available for your agency's use. Tetra crystals retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, processes, templates, know-how, and reusable technical components.
Each party will treat the other party's non-public business, technical, and client information as confidential and use it only for the engagement. This does not limit information that is public through no breach of these terms, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve GoHighLevel and other third-party platforms, integrations, payment providers, communication tools, and AI services. Those platforms are governed by their own terms and policies. Tetra crystals is not responsible for their outages, changes, account actions, data loss, or performance outside our reasonable control.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
We aim to provide reliable, professional services, but results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, approvals, data quality, audience, third-party platforms, and implementation choices. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided without guarantees of specific revenue, lead volume, conversion rate, uptime, or business result.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded. Where permitted by law, Tetra crystals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
