How Tetra crystals Delivers Services
Tetra crystals provides agencies with dedicated white-label GoHighLevel fulfillment and technical capacity. When you purchase an hour block, part-time resource, or full-time resource, we reserve team time, prepare for the work, and begin allocating people and systems to your agency's requirements.
Because this capacity is planned specifically for your agency, payments for services are generally non-refundable once work has started, capacity has been reserved, or access and onboarding have been initiated.
Transparent Pricing
We aim to make our pricing clear before you commit. The selected plan, rate, billing frequency, included capacity, and any minimum commitment are shown in the applicable proposal, checkout, invoice, or written agreement. Please review these details and ask questions before authorizing payment.
Any project-specific pricing, third-party tool costs, or additional work outside the agreed scope will be discussed before it is billed, unless your written agreement says otherwise.
Non-Refundable Services
Fees for completed work, used hours, reserved resource capacity, onboarding, and work already scheduled or in progress are non-refundable. This includes tasks completed in your GoHighLevel agency account or client sub-accounts, even if you later decide not to use, publish, or continue with the deliverables.
A change in your business priorities, client relationship, platform preferences, or internal requirements does not by itself create a refund entitlement for capacity or work already committed to your engagement.
Cancellations & Changes to Capacity
If you need to reduce, pause, or end an engagement, notify your usual Tetra crystals contact as soon as possible. We will confirm the effective date, any remaining scheduled work, and the billing treatment under your selected plan or written agreement. Cancellation does not refund work already performed or capacity already reserved for the current billing period.
Billing Errors & Exceptional Circumstances
We will review genuine billing issues, including duplicate charges, accidental overcharges, or amounts charged in error. In rare circumstances, we may offer a refund or service credit at our discretion after reviewing the facts of the specific situation. Any approved adjustment will be handled using the original payment method or as a mutually agreed service credit, where appropriate.
Questions & Dispute Resolution
If something does not look right on your invoice or you have concerns about a service, contact us promptly at support@tetracrystals.com. Please include your agency name, invoice reference, and a short description of the issue so our team can investigate and respond efficiently.
Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time by publishing a revised version on this page. A signed service agreement or written order may contain additional or different billing terms; where it does, that agreement controls for the applicable engagement. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
